Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Not pictured, the keyboard my youngest bought. We now have 6 guitars, a keyboard and a loaner tuba. Lotsa music up in here.___________"When small men begin to cast big shadows, it means that the sun is about to set."

A Spyderco Atlantic lockblade knife . It is a sheepnose style serrated blade. It is made out of a special rust proof steel. While handy for opening Amazon boxes, the main reason that I bought it was if I ever needed to cut a seat belt. That would have been likely in my former job and possible just driving down I-10. While looking at comments on Amazon a professional diver said that he kept two for work. When one got dull he would send it to Spyderco and they would sharpen it for free.

1911Man said:Ordered a R8 slitting saw shank (aka arbor) along with some blades to help cut down some aluminum I have to make the DRO read head mounting hardware. Also ordered a 90 degree drill (DeWalt 20v) to mount the hardware on the back of the mill table. Not enough room between the column and the table (even all the way forward) to get any of my drills in there (with a bit in at least). Also received a set of smaller metric drill bits plus tap and die set. Also for mounting the DRO hardware (scales and read heads). The "universal" mounting hardware that came with the DROs is pretty much useless for my application.DFW - 1 LGBE & Happy to Adopt More...

Also get some spare mirrors since they tend to fall off with no warning. There's a thread in another forum I'm on about this. Plus we always rag on jeep owners due to that.Large BGE with CGS Woo Ring, stone with stainless pan, Smokeware chimney cap, Kick Ash basket and Kick Ash can.Living free in the 603 (Pelham).

@ColbyLang I would have preferred an automatic but I got this one at a really good deal. @mEGG_My_Day that sucks. I hope I never see a mudslide up close like that. @1911Man I hope I don’t have to find out about the mirrors the hard way.

Not buying one myself but anybody looking to buy a gas griddle/flattop might give the Cuisinart 360 a look. Walmart has it on sale. It's like a mini Evo Pro but just $147 versus $4K.

An engine rebuild for a Perkins 4 litre 4 pot turbo diesel from a shunting unit that we own for rental / demo. This is the offending piston, half of the oil control ring is missing and both the piston and bore were badly scored.
