    That looks just fantastic!

    For the tandoor move, I've used long flat skewers and just put them on the felt.  Your results, however, speak for themselves.

    Nicely done.

    It seems like it crisped it up faster down there for sure. I just did it at the end to get the colors where I wanted it. It was still
    med rare in the middle and crispy on the outside so it was hot down there!
