    They helped me. For that, I am forever grateful I found this forum and participated. 
    However I agree with Jason. Butts and spatchcocks were never the reasons for me to be here.
    It is likely my participation will not exceed Jason's, and mostly spent just lurking. That is unfortunate.
    I do not wish to become a hide hung on the wall for stepping out of bounds from the Buffalo's Manifesto.
    I am not scared. I just have better things in which to invest what little time I have left.

    I don't understand why they can't compartmentalize the forum and have an Anti PC Section which is more tolerant of the banter and antics a lot of us enjoy.

    sure. A lot of great cooks over there and some funny guys as well (not like here, though). I didn't take to it right away because I preferred the free-wheeling flow here. I'm not upset at the changes being made here- I think some of it is long-overdue. None of it bothered me but I can see how it would not be for everyone. I'm shocked it took this long, frankly. That said, as this changes I may find that other things suit me better at times. This will always be home for me unless it just becomes unrecognizable (and that's ok too- not my forum, not my rules).

    This is the place to be for anything BGE related. (Forum wise)

    The BBQ Brethren is a fantastic site. All different types of grills and smokers over there. Which I enjoy. It's a very on point type of forum. I don't venture much outside their main forum but you can probably find more "off topic" posts if you were to look around.

    Definitely worth stopping over and checking out. You will also find some great people over there. Someone always willing to help.

    They have "the woodpile" over there that is rated R OT stuff. I would like to see that here but I get why they wouldn't. They still don't allow any personal attacks, politics, flame wars etc. There are a bunch of guys on here that are over there too. sgh, hotch, caliking, weberwho, and others.
