Hangin out on here while babysitting a 10 lb brisket. IT in the thickest part of the flat is at 189 after 4 hours. Pit temp is a little hight than I want. Its sitting at 313 at the grate.Marshall in Beautiful Fruit Cove, FL.

The last night of beach week and going super old school. Kingsford and I think I gave $12.99 for this grill several yrs ago. Put it together as tropical storm Gordon was cruising nearby. I will say...it’s about 70 lbs lighter than my mini max. I decided to change things up with the cookers that I brought down this year and did more indoors. So the MM didn’t make the trip this year.
