This new baby in the family has really gotten Ms. Bucky in full on clean mode! She did this a couple of weeks ago. I'm too ashamed to post a before pic. Then she opened a can of whoop arse on our guest bedroom to make a nursery. The funny thing is my niece had a baby and my wife's nesting. Oh the matress I put there so she doesn't run into the wall when she parks

No pics, but great day with the baby bro. Fried up some tater chips, chicken tenders and wings. Homemade mustard sauce and Korean bbq. Then lit the large for a pork loin with head country. Mm had bacon wrapped goat cheese dates and homemade chorizo and smoked Gouda ABTs. Some potato salad made it into the meal somewhere.

It's a flank steak, and the thinner cuts are pork shoulder.... No chimichuri, that's just parsley sprinkled on top, but there is a "board dressing" in APL speak, which is essentially just whatever leftover basting fat you have poured on the cutting board along with parsley and a sprinkle of salt. You plop your meat on top and start slicing and serve on the board as a platter.

A bit of Irish music to get the day started. Yesterday saw a Belgian Brass Band, Senegalese folk music, a Colombian with a harp, a refugee Palestinian pianist, a French singer, an Australian dance band and a Finnish vocal folk quartet.
It's not hot anymore either. Normal service has resumed, weather wise.
