I was thinking why not chop smoked meatloaf up in place of ground beef. I tried this today in my hamburger soup. I smoked 3 - 2lb meatloafs for the soup (plus one sauced for eating by itself).
Anyway - the added smokey flavor is really nice - I'll be trying this with other recipes as well. I'm sure shepards pie, or even chili would be great.

However, I've always thought the Corvette Stingray was quite possibly the most awesome car ever produced.

Not a real big deal as I was still booked on a later flight... until that one got cancelled. I'm currently rebooked on a flight out of here at 8am tomorrow that doesn't get me home until 6pm because I'm connecting through Cincinnati and ... you guessed it... Atlanta, before finally flying home to RDU.
Delta also would not give me a hotel voucher, so I booked myself into a Marriott nearby.___________"When small men begin to cast big shadows, it means that the sun is about to set."

I stopped by Meadow Creek this afternoon to check about how to file a warranty claim. Turns out that since they now have an employee with email, the process is much easier than before. And, they'll dispatch two dudes to swap the base on my XXL for $75-80. Yes please.They/Them
