Fresh Scamp Grouper.
Dredged in a Flour/AlbuKirky Red mixture, egg and lastly Panko w/ AlbuKirky Red and fresh minced cilantro. Baked at 400.  By the time I got off work I didn't have enough time to egg this.  However, this would be easy to egg going raised indirect @400.
Pico de Gallo. Peaches, red onion, tomato, jalapeno, fresh lime juice, cilantro, fresh ground Himalayan salt, fresh ground pepper & orange blossom honey. Avocado added as taco being assembled. 
Served with a side of saffron rice.
