You should try wrestling with an unaggressive son.  8 hrs, 30 sec of him getting his as$ whipped.

That was enough garlic for a "crowd"; how many people did that serve?!?

Took a stab at sous vide eggs to discard the whites and roll in Panko, cayenne, smoked sweet paprika, S&P and make fried egg yolks.

Added a nice twist to a BLT. These could make some killer apps with the right sauce. Easier than expected.

Just my kid and I, lol.

We've made a deal to make something we've never made, at least every second day throughout the summer.  This was today's effort.

I have no idea how long roasted garlic keeps, but I'll get some use out of it provided it lasts in the fridge.

I ended up busting 12 retaining clips when removing plastics under the wife's car when changing out the Alternator. My wife stopped at the dealership and inquired about buying replacement clips. My Wife text me at work and says they want $6 per clip. Are you freaking kidding me? Ummmm, no. I was fortunate to find a similar replacement clips at the local autoparts store for $1.50/piece. Still freaking highway robbery. It's $18 now or wait 4-5 days and get a 50 pack online for $5.99. Crazy.
