In Michigan for niece’s high school graduation. Can’t believe she’s driving now and is an adult. I still remember the times when we were the only friends she had
anyways, sis wanted to bake these kababs in the oven, and I just couldn’t take it. Fired up their Weber kettle, and went to work.

Just got home from my buddy's place. Ride home was nice, I sat in the back seat with my youngest and my oldest drove with my wife beside her.
When I arrived his eggs were loaded up:

Thanks @DoubleEgger @lousubcap @bgebrent @thetrim It was easily the best brisket I've cooked. Everything just came together beautifully .Even my best food critics agreed. They asked why I couldn't do that every time. Tried to explain that it's not a simple process like a butt or ribs.Large and Small BGECentral, IL
