I dust with Cluck & Squeal rub, wrap in 1/2 slice of bacon not thick bacon, cook indirect 350-425 until bacon is done or 170 internal on chicken, sauce with Blues Hog BBQ sauce and serve.

@YukonRon has fairly excellent taste in music, based on what I've seen him post here.
Let’s be honest....he has good taste for:

    Lady (Suzy)
    Friends
    Pup Dogs
    Bleu Cheese
    Wine-red & white
    Firewood (Butt Blast Blaze)
    Slushies
    Red Meat
    Poke Ribs
    Countries (France)
    Lump Coal
    Bathroom Tile
    Military Affiliation
    For being a MiniMax Owner
    Coolers

    Not so much:

Tents (association with the upside down one)
    College Alliance
    Countries (France)
    Military Affiliation
You left out the most important thing I am good at:
    Having great friends. All y'all.

You guys are so going to lose.

I just picked up some goodies for marinades at the farmers market to work with:

18 year old basalmic vinegarette aged in mulberty and ash barrels.

Maple syrup aged in peach brandy casks.

Smoked maple syrup aged in bourbon barrels.

I am working on marinades starting today.
Start working for 2nd place, it's ok, no shame in 2nd place, really.

No doubt.  But he realizes he can't be obvious about it.  This "I'm working on my marinade game" is all just a smokescreen for the bourbon slushies.

These folks are great cooks, if I do not take advantages of, let us just say, "expanded parameters" for the rules, I would likely have no shot.
