I really wish I'd thought of masalawurst before I made my grocery run @caliking not that I'd do it justice.

- Go to a friend's house
- Dump all his whole spices in the biggest skillet he has
- Toast
- Send his son out for more
- Toast
- Grind it all
- Realize that you made WAY too much for the amount of meat you have (which is A LOT)
- Use half of it
- Mix and case
(now only 16 stone)

After some thought since our masalawurst venture, I’ve come to realize that it’s like pizza and sex. There’s no such thing as bad masalawurst. Kinda like how dyspareunia is better than no pareunia.
Can be tweaked any any number of ways, depending on what you like.#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX. -

Texas style beef fry is simmering on the stove (brisket smoked on the dishwasher, then cubed and simmered w onion and spices...with very spice forward notes). Bread is in the oven.(now only 16 stone)
