Thanks, means a lot guys. He snaked it from the house out, and we are good to go. Said he felt one spot that could be an offset or roots? Grateful it was only $150.Ozzie_Isaac said:@Focker bum deal. Hopefully it is a simple snaking and your good to go.BrandonQuad Cities

If it's roots you can buy a copper-based root poison that you flush and it kills the roots in your pipes.Personally, I would begin a preventative flushing regimen.

Guy said they use a two part powder that turns into a foam.
He was really cool about it, and said to hold off instead of taking an additional $300 for camera and treatment, since it's been about 10 years since the last snake.
Couldn't pronounce the active ingredient, but I know it wasn't Cu. But I'm sure they get some fun stuff to play with.
Always leery dumping chemicals into pipes.
Thanks again.

The guy even cleared the blowhole on my toilet for free due to calcium deposit buildup from water/urine. The Kohler flushes like a champ now, without having to hold onto the lever. Never knew of the blowhole maintenance, as the toilet is only a few years old. It was full of calcium.BrandonQuad Cities

Assuming you live in a older home you have a good chance its tree roots... eventually you will probably have to replace the main line from your foundation to the street.

Just opened my package from CGS that had been cared for while we were gone to WDW.
It arrived perfect, and I can't wait to start using the equipment. Got setups for my two eggs, and could not be happier.
The learning curve will be slow by choice, because I am going to do two briskets to start my journey.
CGS rules, all others drool.
Thank you CGS.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
