Made a few BBQ shrimp. Recipe provided by Nola’s wife. Simply outstanding to say the very least.

Sorry that the cooking pics turned out blurry. This produces a good bit of steam and I’m not a very good photographer to boot.
Again, a very special thanks to Nola’s wife Bridget. These were as good as I have ever had.
OMG food of the God's right there!

Well if UNC can't advance at least we can eat well in NC.  Drowning our sorrows in food.  My first "cheat day" in more than a month.

That's a full glass of bourbon on Mrs. Bucky's side of the table.

Watched "my" boys play the best ball I've ever seen them play today.  Came up a little short in the semis, but damn it was fun to watch.  Lost a good baseball game.  That's the game...

@DMW Most of my cooks are accompanied by some Brooks and Dunn at some point also.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Own a Milwaukee hammer drill myself, great tool. Used it several times in the destruction and reconstruction of our home.
You will get years of use out of that impact @SGH.

Stepped out of the shower to a bathroom full of water.  Cleaned it up.

Flushed the toilet, it backed up.  Cleaned it up.

Threw the wet towels in the washer to clean all of the towels.  It backed up.

    Idiotic diagnostics. Lol

    Drain techs en route.

Patiently waiting for spring weather, first day of spring is tomorrow. Had a few more inches of snow over the weekend. She’s pretty deep in the yard, it’s going to be awhile till we see some grass.

Sorry to hear about your plumbing issues @Focker. Hope it’s minor. I had more than my fair share at our old place. They are no fun on the wallet either.
