20 LBS of Pastrami (Meat Heads Recipe )Going on tomorrow, 18 LBS of Irish Pork Sausage (Whats4Chow Recipe) made later today for Bangers and Mash" Irish Soda Bread and about 20 LBS of Corned Beef for Corned Beef and Cabbage

    @lkapigian - Dang- you must be throwing quite a celebration.  Congrats on  the undertaking.    Go easy on the supervisory green beer ;)
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

    Wife and daughter will be in New York City for St Pats - wife is doing 1/2 marathon.  We’re celebrating tonight - our tradition is homemade Reuben sandwiches.

    Doing a corn beef and cabbage....at the tailgate to boot. Will be putting on early morning (Crock Pot) and cooking throughout the day.

    Lol. Dawsonville is loaded with great Irish places. I usually forget about it and get hassled for not wearing green.

    Never had Irish Sausage so I was going out on a pretty big limb...I thought the spice combo would have been,a little " perfumey " test patty before the second grind was amazing ...grind again and stuff in the AM

    Dang- IF we make it to September it will mark 36 as well.  1982 was sure a screwed up year ;)  .  I am definitely living the "cheaper to keep her" life style now...

    We're doing a crawfish boil Sat evening, if you're interested.  Inviting Linda H again.  Should be picking up a custom fabricated 180 quart boiler tomorrow evening, I'll be breaking it in.
