I made some suicide drumsticks tonight on the offset.

Has anyone else as a kid mix different pop/soda together at the fountain machine as a dare? Also known as a suicide.

It kind of felt the same tonight with drummies. I used 4 different rubs on them tonight to finish off certain rubs that have been taking up space in the cabinet. I also did the same with bbq sauce. It reminded me of the good old days as a kid mixing all different pops together. It all came together. I went pretty heavy on the Death Dust. My wife thinks she has a canker sore from it. Nothing a little brewski can't tame down a little. =)

@WeberWho - I'm sure you cooked off more than those three teasers on the stick-burner.  That plate of groceries looks great.  If you went heavy on the Death Dust you will need a few more beverages to temper the going-in burn and no comment on the Sunday AM refresher  =)

We better get some body armor cause that stuff leaves marks and we don't heal like we used to. =) Great times ahead for you, enjoy the moments.

Thanks! @lousubcap I must have smoked closer to 20 d-sticks. I thought my sister-in-law and kids were stopping over after my wife and them went to visit my wife's grandma. I would have spiced up the other half of the d-sticks knowing they weren't staying for dinner! I love the heat. My wife puts up with it!  =)

working lunch today. The new BGE rub is pretty good. Has some kick to it, nothing too aggressive, but you know it has chili’s in it.

Duke earning #2 Seed, kind of a brutal second half for UNC.
