Instapot winging it. Totally un prepared for dinner and home late .... hmmmm, 5lbs chuck roast, berbere, diced tomatoes, onions, vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, scallions, and ..... where did my stout beer go? Dang it, hmmm, well Boston Lager it is. Probably gonna be a disaster, better prep backup.

Ok, I am very pleased. Roast is killer good. A bit spicy for kids, but I will eat this all day long. I love the berbere. Spicy just builds instead of a quick smack to the face.
