Nice score @Lit I think they were $24.99/lb at My Costco yesterday. Great eats for sure!

@Lit- don't know your eggsperience with the caps (great score right there) but I prefer them unrolled and then hot and fast for the finish temp.  Regardless, "better to be lucky than good" comes to mind.  Phone call and then hopefully a road trip in the AM.  Thanks for the alertment.

I always sous vide them at 120-125. If I keep them tied I sear them on the black stone if I grill them after untied is best for sure. Rolled out sous vide then seared on a grill is my favorite for sure.

Bought my first non-black Friday printer.  Stepped up to a small office printer.  Almost as bad as trying to read reviews on mattresses.  Its either the best printer or the worst printer.  We shall see.

Yeah and after you've bought a new cartridge or two, you out spend what the printer cost.  They should give them away!

Wondering if any of you like Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale?   I’ve never had it but see it more and more places these days.

Thanks for the heads up @Lit - went with the Hasty Bake for these tonight.

    Unrolled, salted, and then seared

Then moved over to the cool side and lowered the firebox. Added fresh ground black pepper.

    Turned out pretty tasty

    This paired nicely

Should have bought more for freezing...
That looks great!  Did I miss it?  When did you get a hasty bake?
