    It’s a tough nut to crack no matter what.  I’m not at all optimistic about the likelihood that we’ll be able to curb greenhouse emissions before it’s effectively too late.  We are actively working on educational programs in engineering that will be focused on technologies for mitigation.

    Yeah, bunker crude (crud) is pretty bad.  That's part of what the collaboration via Paris Agreement and the United Nations hope to tackle.  There are environmental regulations for maritime ships in existence through the UN, most deal with ballast water, dumping, etc.

    @JohnInCarolina please tell me you don’t truly believe this? So you are telling me that Obama only lied 18 times in 10 months? I’d say Trump probably lied more then 103 to be honest. The left really believe Obama was a gift to the US.

    Ahhh....life in a bubble.  Must be comforting.  Insofar as John's numbers go, plenty of fact checkers out there that are backed up with real citations.  Not sure about John's source but I'd put it up against the Alex Jones info you guys eat up.

    I'm pretty sure he just didn't know how it would play out with the "keep your doctor" thing.  The market reacted.

    Evap coolers are effective until end of july through september because monsoons wreak havoc with humidity and dew point levels,   i keep an evap cooler on wheels by the grill, in the garage and on back patio to vool things down.  Very effective

    Water isnt expensive.   We pay on average 40 monthly for water sewer trash to city of phoenix

    People dont generally know this but phx has a lot of irrigigated farmland that they grow stuff on all year.  Az uses 20 oct of its colorado river allotment, whuch CA, NV want part of and we have aquifers around here that rival capacity of two of the great lakes

    Water isnt an issue here,
