    In retrospect I have concluded that Clinton should have resigned. While I defended him that it was "only sex" it has become clear that he used his authority to abuse women for several years. It is now becoming plain to see that even when a woman acts like she is a willing participant that she may be being abused. Things change and any use of Clinton to defend anyone now is the sign of a mental midget.

    @lousubcap you are correct. I wouldn’t pay $300 a night for a room but since it’s on someone else’s dime I’m going to go. I guess it’s like the Bernie Sanders economics take from the rich and give to the poor. I’m the poor on this trip.

    Yes. Arrogance and attitude. I’m not even close to convinced he outright raped several women like Willy most certainly did. Lewinsky was the very least of Willy’s indiscretions. There appears to be a push to treat all issues the same. Boorish behavior is no where as big a deal as some of the other stuff that is out there. Not to say it’s ok, but the consequences should not be commensurate. IMO.

    It really should have been the end of Trump here.  Forcing yourself on women, groping them on planes, jamming your hand up their skirts when they’re least expecting it, walking in on women changing during beauty contests - only the most cretinous of folk can really rationalize that sort of behavior away to vote for a candidate.  Many people just told themselves the women were all being paid to lie or were part of some vast liberal conspiracy.  It’s crazy but there we have it.

    I am admittedly not up to speed on all these allegations, but allegations they are. My gut tells me that if a single one of these had much credibility at all, or was verifiable at all, the press would have pushed the story non stop and mercilessly. Even you must find it a bit odd that they have made a larger story out of wether or not Sarah Huckabee baked a pecan pie. Please!
