I just buy the ones that are boneless. Much easier that way. But could you make potato broth out of the bones??? Maybe I’ll get my butcher to leave the bones on next time.HeavyG said:Learning how to make slow cooked Russet potatoes that fall right off the bone:Jefferson, GA

Took a break between phone calls and email and moved the espresso machine up from the basement. The kitchen counter was getting crowed, so setup a coffee bar.

Wish I had dropped the $70 on an espresso machine a long time ago. Being able to walk out to the kitchen and fix a double is great.They/Them

Would love to read their setup!JohnInCarolina said:Some folks tell their kids Santa’s not real from day one, and I respect that choice. But our kids have devised a controlled experiment to prove to us that he does not exist.
I proved mathematically that santa wasn't real in (iirc) second grade, and confirmed it by finding, carefully unwrapping, playing with, (and breaking one) and rewrapping toys two weeks before xmas.
They were my sister's; couldn't find mine that year.

Wishing I could see @Sea2Ski’s vacation threads. For whatever reason (I assume pic size), the last few vacation threads he’s posted won’t load. I’ve tried opening the current one a few times to no avail and gave up on it. Only happens with his threads.

Just saw this - Jep Robertson has an outdoor kitchen that's the bomb jiggly. Thought with the egg it was post worthy.
edit - notice how stained up the pavers are? I'm liking the idea this was a fancy pants kitchen that was actually used.

That's a great kitchen. It's got the egg (Swiss army knife/ all purpose cooker), pizza oven for extended high temps, and cabinet smoker for extended low temps. A refrigerator for adult beverages. A freezer for bourbon slushies. That about does it...blasting said:

They open fine at my place with 50/50 FIOS. The page didn't load instantly due to the number of images but it was well under a minute. Once the images were fully loaded they should be in your browser cache so subsequent reloads of the page shouldn't take anywhere near as long. Maybe. There's a lot of variables involved.DoubleEgger said:
