    One great use for brisket is ground into hamburger.  @LIT made some killer looking SRF burgers a while back.

    Amen brother. I have never personally ground one up myself, but I have had burgers made by friends that used wagyu Brisket. As far as burgers go, one would be hard pressed to do any better. They are phenomenal.
