The only cut that trumps a boot brisket, is the everloving, overrated, tenderloin.

It's not completely rock bottom, so there's that, going for it.  You guys will see, some day, if you chose not to stagnate.  I'm just trying to help speed that up.

If you have to buy a $200 SRF to increase your odds, and even that's not a guarantee, there are beating your head on the brisket wall issues.  Defending that, is hilarious.
If you could troll a little harder or smarter, that would make this more fun.  Maybe check out some YouTube comments for tips or something.
It's the truth bro, I'm sorry you don't see it.
Look at Matt's pic a little harder.
That beef is drier than the yolk of my hb egg. Lol

In order to win the grand prize, for documenting and determining the perfect brisket, we're gonna need to see this pic.  As you know, from the brisket gods, it's the best indicator.  ;)
It has to be on "cazzy's knife" too, or it's automatically DQ'd.
    Knife drape, reluctantly.

That looks like it was pretty special man.  Nicely done.
Thank you.. Yes, it was tasty. Perhaps a stroke of luck,  :s

The brisket gods themselves couldn't produce a pic like this.....looks great man.

You are the undisputed winner, no doubt.
Thank you ... That was my 3rd brisket effort. It was very good.
You should just quit now, obviously!  Lol

I'm sure it'll be shoe leather, and you should just donate it to a food kitchen or something.  Try fried bologna next time - it's miles easier!

John, tonight's hickory groked $0.25 Oscar Mayer weiners have more moisture, flavor, and texture than Matt's brisket.  Well maybe not texture. Lol

Lol. I actually enjoy brisket, tenderloin, and well, even a smooth cut boiled egg. I even respect that you can't cook a brisket you like.  I just think you're being a complete as$ because others enjoy those cuts and you can't make one to your satisfaction. Independent thinking is not a problem.

It's your 'better than' attitude.  One right way to do anything and anyone doing different is less than.  CI, car maintenance and polishing come to mind.  There have been others, lots. It's the way you communicate.  Maybe you don't see it as attacking, maybe you're too focused on painting yourself as an expert.  Is it pride? Insecurity? The way you were raised?  Don't know, don't care. Doesn't matter.  But you should hear yourself sometimes, and I don't mean the trolling, I mean when you're just making an everyday post.
    Less than???
    I'm no expert, on anything.
If I try things, and find a better way, I share it.
Cutting to the chase, calling it like I see it.
It's the way I was raised.

But you seem to think my internet suggestions define me as a person? Lol
    Really?

I thought we covered this already?  You don't know me.  I don't know you.  I'm not going to judge you by what polish you recommend. Lol

    Who is the expert here?

If that rubs you the wrong way.  I'm sorry.
We live in a sensitive butt hurt world.  But I'll be completely honest, it's who I am, in everything I do.  People do respect that.

I don't surround myself with people who are too scared to say what they want say, or what you want to hear.  The BS is exhausting, you see right through people, there's nothing there.  I quickly move on.

Cazzy has heart.  I respect that.
