Baltimore Pit Beef

I did a sous vide overnighter to make some of Dylan's pit beef. Set the bath to 133F and let ride for 14 hours.

Slicing the beef

Sandwich shot. I passed on the onions today.

I had one of John's chocolate mousse jars for dessert.

Thanks for looking.

Looks mighty fine brother Double. I may be the odd man out here, but I like them with melted cheese and sautéed onions. They are great either way, but I'm kind of a cheese freak. Hey, call me weird but good is good.
    Agian, looks great ole buddy.

My local grocery store (Publix) has them. They are Ball 4oz. Buy a couple dozen. You won't regret it.

4 oz. Ball jars are available on Amazon also.  About $1 each, delivered.

They were $8.99/dozen at Publix which means they are about $5 at Walmart.

Nice job @DoubleEgger. My wife heard all the talk of Sous Vide at BB and wants one, I was going to get one anyway but now I think I will get it for her birthday next month. :)

Great looking results. I have made Dylan's Pit Beef recipe twice and it never disappoints.

Still need to pick up some of the Mason jars to make the Chocolate Pots.
