Here's the original post for the pumpkin:
http://eggheadforum.com/discussion/1200337/should-i-use-the-large-or-mini-for-pizza#latest
I can't take any credit for this cook. My wife handled this one. I didn't have any extra time with some outdoor projects going on with the house that need to get done before winter. So here a few pics my wife took cooking:
Lighting of the pumpkin:
Lit pumpkin:
One single chicken breast as it was more for the fun of it:
Got the pumpkin dialed in at 350
Our plated pic. My wife and I split the piece to see what we had. We both thought the chicken had a slight pumpkin flavor to it. It could have been placebo but we both agreed it did.
The pumpkin wasn't exactly air tight to shut it down after the cook. The daisy wheel slowly fell into the pumpkin after a few hours.
A fun experiment to say the least. All credit goes to the wife. I only ate it!

Lol!! Intetwebs are closing for the week. They have clearly been won. They don’t want a population of citizens capable of critical thinking. They don’t want well informed, well educated people capable of critical thinking. They’re not interested in that. That doesn’t help them. That's against their interests. - George Carlin
