This is turning into a Battle Royal.  I'm cooking tomorrow with @caliking, @20stone, and @The Cen Tex Smoker.

    Bring it.
Wish I could make it!  Already planned a fishing trip on Sat!  300 pound pig, oh my science!

Very cool.  And thanks DoubleEgger for putting this on.

As for my earlier post, I should clarify that a bunch of drunk guys sitting around a fire probably not even eating off plates are unlikely to bring much to this contest.  But it sure sounded good in my head when I wrote that trash talk.

    (b) We have fireworks,

True. If only @caliking hadn't insisted on plates and utensils. And side dishes. We could have gone straight up with meat, beer, and fire.

Brother stone, all kidding aside, butchering hogs and fireworks are two of my personal favorites.

Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

    Status- Standing by.

This time around, the pig was slaughtered for us today.  I am picking it up tomorrow skinned and halved.

Next time around, when its not 95 degrees, we may do the deed ourselves.

Throw a butt on or something. It's a maintenance free cook. You'll appreciate some pork sammies after working your ass off all day.

If I were local....I would bring you great eats. That sounds like too much fun, especially with Bourbon slushiness.

What if we are male on Friday, female on Sat and male again on Sunday?

I want ant to change eggs in the middle of a brisket cook to give both eggs equal media time ( 4 pics per cook). Is this allowed?
