    That filter has nothing to do with what you say.  It has something to do with not liking too many quotes or some other thing it finds problematic.  There are dirty word filters that just obliterate the dirty word and leave the rest alone.

    But the warning "your post will appear once approved", is a lie.  It will never be reviewed or approved.  It really should say "your post has been sucked up by our blackhole filter never to be seen again, we can't tell you exactly why it has been sucked up, but it has"

    I find it more objectionable that @THEBuckeye trys telling us not to have forks in our pictures, than I do her complaining about the mile long topic.  I stopped looking at that one once it went viral.

    But I also find it objectionable when we resort to being hostile towards each other.

    I used up my chicken bones last night making stock, so what do you think I'm cooking for dinner?  Yep, drumsticks, gotta start collecting more bones for stock now.

    Saying folks should question everything is admirable. Attacking folks personally who say things you disagree with? Isn't that the epitome of hypocrisy? @nolaegghead I don't disagree with everything you say...some things I completely disagree with. Others I agree with. But I completely disagree with your hypocritical tactics. I don't even know you and hope to meet you one day. Note...I did not call you a hypocrite,  just your tactics.
