Just purchased large BGE for our new home. It's been 22 years since I have been able to have my own BBQ again. No, not jail, apartment did not allow one on your balcony.
I have never had so much fun buying and using a BBQ before.
Did my pre-burn. And then first cook of two porterhouse steaks and baked potatoes. I actually used BGE suggestions of 650: 3 minutes-flip/3 minutes-flip/shut down. 4 minutes later one was perfect rare-MR. Another 5 minutes-perfect for our guests MR+.
Now I can fixate on accessories and other details. I know this forum will be helpful and fun.
