I have had this MiniMax for over 10 years and I swear to what you think is Holy, I never noticed it to until this morning.
The sausage I get from Alabama, and thus far, in my life, I have not had better.
the tomatoes are Campari, grown in our greenhouse.
the sandwich is made from My Beautiful Wife’s fresh baked everything bagel bread.
threw on some dill pickles, and this Dijon. Find it buy it.

Yes sir!  She nailed the vegetation and you nailed the cook.  Way to enjoy an all-in-one banquet lunch.
I'm a big fan of Duke's  Habanero Garlic mayo.
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Conecuh it is. I was working in mobile, and was invite to a boil, I was in charge of searing a few pounds, about 1.5 of the pounds were consumed on cooker’s tax. I ordered 20 pounds when I got home.

    Worth it.

    @YukonRon

    - I stumbled on Conecuh about 6 years ago and could not agree with you more concerning the taste.

    - For any “Virginians” on here if you are a military retiree you are in luck, if not and you know one it can be found at military commissary’s. Last time I looked on Conecuh’s website (years ago) the commissary was the only source in Va. None of the local usual subject grocery stores carried it.

Beautiful garden and cook.  No matter how filling that sandwich was, I'd be asking for a second one.

@YukonRon  - Our Goddaughter's family was from Alabama and turned me on to Conecuh years ago. Our local Publix's carries their regular as well as these. I also cook them on the MiniMax, there is enough room to do both of these packs without cutting them up. Martin's Hoagie rolls, Mount Olive sliced dill pickles, and mustard for a quick lunch.

Beautiful post.  And well timed.  I got an email today from one of my bosses about how he finally moved into his new home that had been under construction for well over a year and he and his wife opened a bottle of Quintessa to mark the occasion.

I am in so much trouble with Q. I have like a case and a half. My problem with MyBeautifulWife, is that she wants me to order more of their Sauvignon Blanc. She thinks my ratio of 4:1 is inadequate. I have NO problem with it.

Just have her call MyBeautifulWife; Game over.

It is really small but workable. I recommend it.

The foundation is railroad ties, and it is locked down. We have survived tornadoes, so it was a pretty stout structure. We are pleased, took a couple days to get it together. I think it is worth it.

Will try. Doing the brisket the way you taught me about 10 years ago. I have never been disappointed and was a hero for many cooks with the family.
