SRF brisket

Big boy at 22 lbs pre trim. Didn't weigh the trim but would guess around 4 lbs. 250ish until done. Cooked very fast, about 14 hours, and probing tender at mid 190s. Pics in vanilla order

Way to bring it home. Great eats to be had by all. Nailed the bark as well.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

The brisket itself was pretty much perfect. I did use a commercial rub instead of my normal brisket rub and didn't particularly like that part.Austin, TX
