at $2 each on sale for 9” - much better than the local restaurant supply house. I dbl checked that they’re the same ones we use at the restaurant ourselves. Hold up great, NSF, dishwasher etc.

Best $4 I’ve spent in a while. Quite solid, nil flex at the tips, and no annoying locking doodad. The splay is considerably less than a set of Oxo tongs I’ve had for some time.

the spring on one of my extremely old galvanized pair that looks like these gave up a few weeks back, wonder if the spring on this new one fits.....im guessing the ones i have are from the 1950's. amazes me how rugged they have been over the years, i dont want to replace them

Picked up set of four for ten loonies from the local Costco Business Centre, 9" stainless with heat resistant non-slip handle and no locking doodad

The 12" that can be locked/unlocked with one hand is my favourite too, for cooking. However, these 9" ones being discussed are meant for serving.
