LoL, we are trying to get it added to the Cottage Food List so we don’t have to go through a producer , we have submitted everything as well for the “ nutrition label “ right now making a couple hundred bottles at a time and “ black marketing “ them at events … I can’t wrap my head around the FDA guidelines since the PH is so flipping low on its own, yet, as if now, they want it cooked ( pasteurized ) which basically kills the ferment .. going through a producer is $$! So cottage is the hopeful routeVisalia, Ca @lkapigian

Bro. It’s a huge leap into today’s food game with federal and make believe guidelines. The industry standards and rules change monthly. Stay cottage if you can

That’s the plan, minimal, if any, profit going through a producer and I’m not about to invest in a plant @ my age ..ColbyLang said:Bro. I’ll gladly send some of my next batch to anyone, probably ready in a month, I don’t see this getting past the local level … now if it was a bbq rub, that’s easy to have mass produced by someone for an individual to sellVisalia, Ca @lkapigian

Plenty of co-packers willing to bottle your sauce. You’d have to bite the bullet on first run inventory. You mean John Hancock. Herbie is a jazz musician, and still alive, John is the one with the signature, and very much dead.kl8ton said:If this is the sign up page... Please consider this as my Herbie Hancock.

Oftentimes tricky to tell if this is a cooking forum or a comedy club.

It was a throwback to Tommy Boy. If I remember correctly, Chris Farley (Tommy) was taking a test and filled in the blank with "Herbie" as a signer of the Declaration of Independence.Large, Medium, MiniMax, 36" Blackstone
