    Since I mostly work 7 days a week, I loose track of the days of the week.  I was very excited to learn today is Friday!  Then disappointed to learn it is actually Wednesday.

    but worth the emotional roller coaster because that above meme is hilarious!

    You need to get an old-fashioned wrist watch and wear it.  The one style that has not only time but date AND day of the week.  I'm sure Rolex has one you can get.  Or you can shop here:   https://www.bobswatches.com/.

    I have a Tudor Ranger with no-date, so something like a Sky Dweller might be a necessity!

    Saw this today and it seemed relevant, given we had the warmest Halloween ever recorded in our city last night. 23.5C. Kinda crazy considering we’ll get a taste of -2C over the weekend.

    How 'bout a fawnky-as-'ell version of "Use Me", by Esther Phillips, which I've never heard before.  The Dead Wax channel did an episode about it, her version came out the same year as Pick Withers, but didn't have that signature Clav line.  Sooo in-the-pocket!

    Friday night and all is well.  Got lucky and business trip meeting ended in time for me to catch an earlier flight and get home around 8 PM instead of midnight.  Now enjoying a launch into LEO.

    Yep- 1099 (consulting deal) for an overseas friend who, with a partner, founded and developed a company  ( some 40+ years ago) with some leading edge technology desired by the US gubmint . Based outside the US and desired by US DOD and now with a US subsidiary requires some gate keepers to check a box in the great admin chain.  Glad to help out.
