Must be a new graduation dress code requirement to get the entire ensemble approved in advance. We aren't going backward as a society regardless of how hard some want it.

Really not sure about that. We have a friend who lives in a suburb of Charlotte where similar things were going down. She showed up at a town hall or school board meeting to push back on many of the objections, asking the members specifically what was so objectionable. Not surprised, you read, you learn things and one of the things you learn is there is more to learn.
