The one that we always reach for is Christmas Vacation. Chevy Chase just hams it up so well. 

Yep that's SWMBO's and my favorite. Seen that one about 4 times so far this season.

I watch the whole series a couple times a year and it never gets old. I'll usually watch the companion series The Pacific once a year.
