My Brazilian PhD student discovered a local farm here in NC that’s selling Wagyu beef.   He helped me get a couple of steaks and a tri-tip from them.  Looking forward to trying these out, maybe sometime this weekend.

Atleast I can tell when meat is Wagyu or not. $25 for a not even good looking choice ribeye. The prime sirloins in costco had better marbling.
