He had visited Brittany on the last video to see how sea salt was harvested (which was fascinating in itself) but here he takes the inexpensive rock salt and makes his own Fleur de Sel, with even bigger flakes. Pretty cool how these hollow pyramid crystals form. To us geeks, anyway.
