@etherdome good to hear. I got the second dose this morning. I slept 3 hours this afternoon, can’t remember last time I did that. Arm is a little sore now but not bad.

SWMBO got her second shot today!

She's been working the covid unit lately.

She's doing a program where she works an extra shift a week.  And they throw money at her.  She's going to make triple what she normally does this month with the bonus, OT, differentials, etc.   It's just really hard on the body.  The house and her car are almost paid off, we'll probably pay both off early (they would be paid off this calendar year anyway).

@nolaegghead congrats!  how's she feel?  some people i know had fevers/chills after the 2nd dose, but most were just a little tired and sore in the arm.

tell her to get some rest and take care of herself, that a fib can be nasty.

First dose down! 

And, while in Lincoln I picked up a Certified Piedmontese picanha roast.  I’ve been looking for one for months.  

Came home to a couple packages (Thermoworks Thermapop and a sweatshirt)  Also in the mail was my Menards 11% rebate.  Youngest dropped by to say hey.  

Solid day.
