@alaskanassasin never heard of a ulu before but I looked it up and you are right, it does look like it!

It is actually a pizza slicer, they call it the pizza axe, got it from here: https://ravenforge.com/products/pizza-axe?variant=38007199105214

Ulus are great for quick chopping. Some of them come with two parallel blades, which makes short work of herbs.

i just use a really big knife on the wooden peel. its sliced in seconds

I'm a fan of the long rocking blade type of pizza cutters so almost the same. :)

I watched a Food Theory video on YouTube and this type of slicer was determined to be the reason think Chuck E Cheese resells leftover pizza. I guess theirs are dull and employees don't know how to properly use leading to weird cuts.

Cleaned out my Amazoid "cart".  Deleted some things, just bought:
    - Henckel's bird's-beak paring knife
    - steel 1-2-3 blocks
    - aluminum set-up blocks
    - "Drillblock" drilling guide
    - pair of fence clamps
    - 3-jaw chuck for my Dremel
    - Zyliss pizza cutting wheel
    - USB-C to USB-A conversion plugs
    - wok scoop w/ nicer, hardwood handle
    - CDs: Silk Sonic, Jon Batiste
I got rid of all my pizza cutting wheels a couple of years ago and replaced them with a pair of pizza scissors, best pizza cutting move ever!

Why do you like the scissors?  I know it's a thing, but is just seems like such a poor choice for cutting pizza vs a traditional pizza cutter. It looks so awkward and slow from the videos I've seen of them being used.
Traditional pizza cutters are just a pain in the behind to clean

That's interesting.  I've never found them to be all that difficult to clean.  And to me, rolling something quickly over a surface is much more efficient than cutting it.

Why is there a random blue flag on the edge of that pizza?  This looks stages.  No way they used that cutter for that pizza.  No cheese or sauce on the wheel.  What monster slashes the tip off a slice too?. That is the best bite.  Why are there 3 beers right next to each other and who uses plastic forks and knives to eat a pizza?  This whole setup is just wrong, except the cherry tomatoes.  Those are fine.

Those look more like grape tomatoes. Are they also acceptable?

I know some of the frozen pizza manufacturers use a water jet to cut their pies, less power and you don't burn the edges.

I did not realize there was a difference between small tomatoes.  I always called every one a cherry tomato.  Thank you for helping me learn something today

And yes, grape tomatoes are approved.

If they would only use a metal based crust, they could use a plasma cutter and they are much cheaper and more available than water jet.

New boat batteries.  Trolling battery is good, this is just the number 1 and 2 batteries that start the engine, run all the 12 v stuff.  Great deal at Costco…. 2 huge marine batteries for $89 each.  Brought in some junk batteries from the generator and a motorcycle for core exchange.
