Actually the beach house (if you can call a 75 million dollar property that) was badly damaged in hurricane Ian and it is all fixed up except for the landscaping. They owners were having a little afternoon cocktail party - I guess they may have invited the plumber?In the bush just East of Cambridge,Ontario
