It's a crazy expensive Chrysler/First product but it defines the word luxury. It will be interesting how it holds value when compared to the Escalade, Navigator, Expedition. A high end Ford Expedition is going to cost you 85-90K. I have a feeling it might hold its value better than anything listed above over time. I'm not interested in a 100K SUV but I don't think it's too far off when comparing it to other high end competitors."The pig is an amazing animal. You feed a pig an apple and it makes bacon. Problem is Jeep products are notoriously cheap on the inside. Same for Dodge and Chrysler. I’d have a very hard time spending anything close to that for one of their lines

I agree but the Grand Wagoneer is on a whole new level.
If you fast forward to 13:10 in the video it will go over the inside of the vehicle. It's one of the nicest vehicles I've seen come from the factory.

What brand has though? My Dad's buddy has a two year old Denali. I couldn't believe all the plastic inside the truck. When it was new it already looked cheap and outdated. I don't think GM has ever been known for their inside quality. (Besides their newer Escalades. Even their Cadillacs are full of plastic that share multi vehicle GM parts) Ford hasn't been known for over the top interiors either. I do give credit to the new Grand Wagoneer for coming out swinging."The pig is an amazing animal. You feed a pig an apple and it makes bacon. Let's see Michael Phelps do that" - Jim Gaffigan

I was shocked at how “willing” my wife was with the new Bronco. It’s rugged. Has the creature comforts we added in, but coming from an Acadia Denali it lacks in some areas. Have a whole bag of crap on the counter of my kitchen…..
me: what’s this
her: stuff from my Acadia that won’t fit in Bronxo
me: do you need any of this in there?
her: I guess not

Like I mention in the comments above, I'm impressed how Jeep went about getting into the luxury market. They didn't cheap out and add a few more bells and whistles from a loaded Grand Cherokee. It's the real deal. It's hard to wrap a person head around a Jeep being a luxury vehicle. Hell, it's way more then I could have imagined coming from Jeep. They've also done a nice job with their Ram trucks interior wise. I feel both Chevy and Ford are playing catch-up to Ram the last few years. Especially technology wise.
I'm not trying to change anyone's mind here. It can be ugly, overpriced, and still a Jeep in people's mind. No skin off my back. I was just giving them props for not cutting corners interior wise. I wouldn't ever buy one but I wouldn't say no if I was offered one..."The pig is an amazing animal. You feed a pig an apple and it makes bacon. Let's see Michael Phelps do that" - Jim Gaffigan

Seen a few of these driving around my town. Went to the local dealer to look at one. They basically have stepped up to what Lexus has been doing for 20years. Go sit in an LX and compare it to this. I'd take an LX for the same money any day of the week. But hey I will say this looks better than any other domestic product inside.

I'd take the Lexus LX reliability over the Grand Wagoneer any day of the week. I'd take the resale of the Lexus LX any day of the week. I'd say the 2023 LX 600 comes up short against the Wagoneer when comparing the two interior wise. Especially when it comes to 2nd and 3rd rows. My friend had a 10 year old Lexus LX and the 3rd row seats were seated on the floor. You had to cross your legs in a pretzel to sit 3rd row. The looks of the LX is love or hate. I don't think you will find a person somewhere in between."The pig is an amazing animal. You feed a pig an apple and it makes bacon. Let's see Michael Phelps do that" - Jim Gaffigan

I come from a family of Jeep fanatics. When I showed it to them they guessed 70 - 90k. It will be interesting to see how this pans out. For $110k, I would be looking in a lot of other places. That is a whole new segment to compete with.

I have no experience with Jeeps, other than having test driven one once and having driven my B-I-L’s SUV a few times, but I will say that I recall they consistently rank quite poorly in consumer satisfaction ratings. That being said, B-I-L’s TrackHawk was a lot of fun, and could beat his F-I-L’s Challenger HellCat in 0-60 time, which is very, very impressive.

I guess I could have taken the license plate as a hint had I looked. 🙃
Any car that looks like that should not bear “GT” branding, IMO. -
