Mangalica pork and fennel salami pizza ... yep

Third time’s a charm ... after being inspired by @The Cen-Tex Smoker and @20stone I tried some pizzas with Mangalica pork. The first two used pork and beef pepperoni, they were good but too liquid-y from the fat and cheese.

Tonight I used pork and fennel salami with goats cheese ... yep, that’s the one.

Nicely done, sir. Pork and fennel are a great combo to start, but the pizza takes it up a couple of notches.

Thanks. That’s the first time we’ve had pork and fennel as a combo won’t be the last.
