Only the second one I've ever cooked. The color looks good. Taste test isn't for a couple more hours. (I gave myself plenty of margin for error, remembering the first time around as my family waited patiently and I nervously watched temps and the clock.) 11 pounds. 3 hours, 15 minutes at an average grid temperature of 275.Huntsville, AL

Ashamed to say we oven roasted the boneless turkey “roll”. Food turned out great and ate too much. Sweet potato creme brûlée tasted amazing, repeat for next year with more modifications. Made grandma’s homemade rolls, mashed taters, cranberry relish, and green beans. I posted some of this on the original WAYDN thread but will repeat here. Pumpkin pie later.
