My first real egged meal after Covid

Some of you know that me and my wife have been battling Covid 19 since the first of August.   After many "false starts" meaning we thought we were over it only to be knocked back onto our knees the next day, I think the REAL corner has been turned.   It was a picture perfect day in NC ,78 degrees with Carolina blue Skys so I decided to spend it on the deck making a celebratory meal.   NYS steaks (Cindy's favorite cut) with green lighting shrimp and bacon /cheese stuffed potato skins. 

Be careful when following the masses. Sometimes the M is silent.
