Nothing fancy, but one side for liquor and the other for aging good beers.

and never the 'twain shall meet. Liquor before beer, have no fear. Beer before liquor, never sicker. Or is it the other way around? I could never remember.Signal Mountain, TN

Yep. I think we have a winner. I probably have one of the larger wine collections here but my liquor collection is nothing special. I'll try to post pics of it later. The really good stuff doesn't tend to last very long - so my current collection is mostly stuff I've chosen not to drink - with a couple of exceptions.
XXL BGE, Karebecue, Klose BYC, Chargiller Akorn Kamado, Weber Smokey Mountain, Grand Turbo gasser, Weber Smoky Joe, and the wheelbarrow that my grandfather used to cook steaks from his cattle

This seems like as good a place as any to drop this. Last night I started watching this documentary about bourbon called "Neat" that is streaming on Hulu. So far it's pretty good! Here's a trailer:

Wife is starting to think I have a problem. Glad I’m not the only one.

The advantage of having a fully stocked liquor cabinet is that it's a lot harder for others to see how quickly some of it is being consumed..."I've made a note never to piss you two off." - Stike

I was reasonably stocked before the madness began.. but it seems harder and harder to find Eagle Rare, Blanton's and any variety of Weller.

Mighht not be the liquor cabinet, but I think you may get the idea.
One of our most favorite Bourbon and Wine bars, just a couple blocks from my house, reached out to their customers for corks to do some decorative enhancements to their business.
We mentioned we had some corks, should they be interested. They were.
These are those we have been collecting for a couple of years, as we pull a cork and toss it into an old caly pot and emptied whenever it was full into these boxes
Living in Kentucky, bourbon is no big deal to keep, as I would think perhaps keeping pineapple in Hawaii. It is a cherished spirit no doubt, but the incredible offering, every liquor retailer has makes it easy to buy a fabulous bourbon, finish it and search for the next great gem.
Right now we are into Harper's. For folks in Kentucky it is likely more sought after than PVW. Made and sold prior to prohibition, it became a very valuable export because it could not be sold here, and remained an export only, up until about 20 years ago, when it has been re-released in the USA on an extremely limited basis.
My Beautiful Wife bought me a bottle for my birthday, and we have enjoyed it immensely. It is to the point, the finest sipping bourbon I have tasted. Add a splash of spring water and it really opens up.
