Been volunteering at the local food bank lately. Health dept came by and tested us a couple days ago. No results yet ( not worried) but damn that’s an “intrusive” test and painful!

He was actually dead serious based on the context and his tone.  When he watched the TV later and saw everyone mocking him for coming up with naive ideas most 8 year olds would know better to ask, he tried covering that up as "sarcasm" to troll the media.

Sorry about that. Try his op ed in today’s USA Today if you can find it . I read the newsprint edition. It was the top left hand article on their editorial page not one of the opposing views.

As I said that is the USA TODAY’s official editorial, not an opposing viewpoint. Perhaps it is wise to occasionally read something that you disagree with. After all it isn’t FOX news .

I can't help but feel this statement:

"Sadly, to succeed in their job, our leaders will need to possess humility, empathy and self-discipline. Those traits are in sadly short supply in our leadership class. We will all pay a price for that, though if recent history is any guide, our leaders will pay less than the rest of us."

... would be better directed someone more orange tinted, rather than the governors he singled out.
