    @GlennM The pizza and boule both look awesome.  Did you use Einkorn flour (or something similar) for the sourdough? 
    It's "Smokin Gal", not "Smoking Al".

    Now that my 25 month gig with TransCanada has come to an end, the good ole days are coming back my friend👍

    Brother Cap, I got very lucky on this one. I was actually free to walk away after 120 days. However, the conditions and money was good enough I stayed for the duration. Plus I had a few perks on the side as long as I was on payroll. This was one of a very few that I hated to see come to an end.

    @SGH I see a significant domestic product consumption uptick on the near horizon.  Glad that it was a great deal.  Now on to bigger and better things and that island  investment.

    Cesar was my rookie league middle infielder on the Gulf Coast League Phillies back in 2009. Very nice kid and happy to see him succeeding at the big league level. 

    That pizza and bread look delicious btw!
