Norah’s “catering”gig got started early this morning

 Little chef was up at 4:30 this morning to get the fire started. She trimmed up 20 pounds of pork butt and seasoned with Man Cave Meals Pork MOJO.   Fire running clean after about 15 minutes, temps at a steady 250 in about 30mins.  Smoke provided by Smoker Bricx and as always our cooks are powered ROCKWOOD.  Here are a few photos of the progress so far.  I feel like she’s getting better at taking photos!!
