Just pulled the ribs, added honey brown sugar and parkay, after 2.5 hours. Wrapped in foil and this time laid them back down, bones up.will leave for another 2.5 hours, then unwrap and sauce to get a little char going....
Appetizers will be awesome.

These fell of the bone. I could not turn them without them falling apart. Should have done 6 racks instead of two. These were gone moments after putting them on the platter to serve, hell they did not make it out to the party. They were grabbing them off before I could get them from the kitchen to the patio.
I took a video of just using two fingers to lift the bone out.
I am thankful I have 27 pounds of pork butt going on at 2 a.m.
