This is tonight's appitizers for the liver stretching exercises.
I am smoking a couple racks of baby bax, using @ 20-80 mix of french white oak and mostly peach. From the box load shown above.
Used mustard as the base and my super secret rub that will never be duplicated again, because I have no idea of the portion or the contents of what I mixed up. Nothing stupid just a bunch of stuff to add some fabulous flavor.
It will be happening / going on event this evening.
Wives and children are armed a d ready, livestock minus a couple hogs are put up.
