It’s not “chickensh!t”. It’s “my career has taken off in very good ways I could not have imagined and I travel a lot - and still have to do my share of work at home.”
Just as I made it several times to the Salado egg fest and some egghead butchering/sausage making sessions, I will one day make Wing Ding and/or Butt Blast and/or Brisket Camp. In the meantime I thank those of you who attend these events for allowing me to live vicariously through you... as I take cheap shots from the peanut gallery. :-)

I made it home yesterday and am fully unpacked ready to hit the road for work today. My only casualty seems to be a missing tent pole. I even found my rain jacket.
